As salon owner and manager, Ninyel is a highly organized, multi-tasker. She has over 15 years’ experience in providing exceptional customer service. She believes in connecting with clients and taking the client’s experience to the highest level. Ninyel has a passion for inner and outer beauty and appreciates the Aveda mission. Ninyel obtained a BA in Anthropology and French from Central Washington University. Raised in Everett, she is a local girl who loves spending time with her son, family, and friends. She also loves boating, reading and singing.
Ann is dedicated to developing a personal connection with her guest. Your hairstyle is an expression on your personality and Ann will take the time to help you express yourself. Ann specializes in cutting and foiling and is excited to give you the cutting edge style your desire. Ann is very active and enjoys spending time outdoors so she understands that your style needs to meet the demands of your active lifestyles. In her free time Ann loves to spend her time with friends and family, playing board games, making cards, and doing crafts.

KIMBERLY
Kimberly attended and excelled at the AVEDA institute of Las Vegas! She landed at Bella Dolche when she and her husband decided to move back to WA. Advanced color is Kimberly specialty! Kimberly gives detailed attention to all types of hair cuts but has genuine love for long and healthy hair! Her favorite part of the day is allowing her client to have a quiet and relaxing time in her chair. Kimberly is our resident sports fan and enjoys following quite a few Washington and Nevada teams.
Rachel always had natural passion for hair styling since young age due to her family and relatives owning and operating salon businesses. She eventually decided to turn this hobby into a career by going to Toni & Guy Academy. Rachel loves to be creative and make each person beautiful and unique. She wants each client to enjoy the time spent in her chair and wants every client to leave happy. Her interests include traveling, and spending time with her family.

For Stephanie, this industry is her passion! She loves hair, makeup, and clothes! Her goal is to make each client feel beautiful for everyday living. Stephanie loves performing exquisite color and cut services. Her guests often comment how comfortable they are in her chair and how great of a listener she is. Stephanie enjoys spending time w her family and friends.
Arielle is a local girl who grew up in Woodinville. She decided to attend Bellevue Beauty School after growing up in and around her Moms salon. She loves blonding services and vivid fun fashion colors! Staying inspired and making people feel good is her favorite part of the beauty industry. Outside of work Arielle has fun by at concerts, Mariners and Seahawk games!

With 15 years experience, Nicole believes in building relationships with her clients, by providing a thorough consultation and results that are tailored to her client's individual needs. Some of her favorite techniques include dry-cutting for a softer blend, as well as Balayage, foil and color. Nicole is passionate about continuing her education.
She recently moved back to Washington State, with her two children. Nicole loves the outdoors, crafting, writing and the world of Art.

Jackie was raised in Los Angeles, CA and went to Hollywood Media Arts Academy and Otis College of Art and Design, which is where she found her love of fashion, beauty, and art. She relocated to Washington in 2015 and has since earned her project management certification. She recently got two puppies, which keep her busy. She enjoys chatting, so feel free to say hello when you stop by the front desk.
Growing up in the PNW, Emma is also one of our local girls. She graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Linguistics. With 7+ years of customer service experience, Emma strives to best help customers with any of their needs. Emma has a passion for beauty and fashion, as well as travel and spending time with friends.
